You know how people say “strong as a bear”? I think a lot of our strength comes from a fire within - not a roaring flame, but an ember… slow-burning and ever-present. Always there when you need it.

I found my ember as soon as I became a mother, thrust into an unexpected c-section and baby in the NICU. Now I tap into it when my inner mama bear has to come out. And I’m sure you have your own ember inside, too!
