move over BDE… we’re all about BCE (big cow energy, that is!)

This cow just KNOWS she’s cute… she’s got that “draw me like one of your French cows” kind of confidence!

And with Valentine’s Day coming up, it’s got me thinking a lot about self love.

Here’s what I’m gonna try —

✨ being kind in the way I speak about my body, especially in front of my daughter

✨ grabbing a fancy iced coffee and mini 🌸 bouquet on my next post office run

✨prioritizing sleep over late night scrolling (anyone else overcompensate and stay up wayyy too late when you’re craving some mama me-time?)
