been meaning to get this off my chest…

everyone has their own hard - their own unique challenges in this season of life

whether you don’t have kids, 1 kid, 3 kids, 11 kids (if you were my grandma!)

maybe you’re a single parent, sahm or working mom, have a nanny…

✨ let’s normalize validating everyone’s “hard” even if yours looks different or is subjectively “harder” ✨

it’s a total bubble burster when you’re venting and someone responds with “oh yeah, well I have THREE kids” or “well just wait till they’re x years old like mine”

and hey I’m guilty of it too - internally comparing myself to moms who have more help, more free-time…

but I try to bring myself back to this: we’re ALL just doing our best!

whatever you’re going through feels tough because it is… but we can do tough things!

give yourself a huge pat on the back (maybe make that a massage) 😜 deep breaths, we got this, friends! 💪🏼
